Contact with each department in order to serve customers need.
Prepare and maintain equipment and facilities in Premier Lounge and customer service counter.
Operate the customer services such as vouchers selling / sales of charity vouchers / VAT Refund / payment point / depository / baby stroller service / tax invoice issuance.
Service and give recommendations for customer who have problems with the card or others department within the store.
Follow details of all promotions and provide accurate information to customers.
Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, promotion, credit card and activities in or outside the department store.
Service and give customer requests for special services or equipment with the appropriate department.
Requirements:
Male or female age between 22 – 35 years old with Thai nationality.
Bachelor Degree or over in related fields.
At least 1 year experience in service function.
Experience in Retail Business or Luxury & Cosmetic will be an advantage.
